Our new safety campaign Believe in Zero has launched
Aligned with Health and Safety Day 2024, we have launched ‘Believe in Zero’, a new, long-term internal communications campaign designed to engage, inspire and educate our employees, make them think about health and safety at all times and most importantly, to make a positive contribution to our ambition to be a fatality-free and serious accident-free business.
There are many ways in which to become a zero fatality and zero serious injury company, but they all start with belief. Belief is of course not enough by itself. It needs to be supported by rigour, hard work and commitment, every single day.
The campaign will continue to be activated throughout our facilities worldwide over the coming months. We have already seen exciting steps being taken by teams in different regions to ensure it is front of mind and importantly, that the actions needed for us to reach zero are being taken.Watch the campaign film to hear from ArcelorMittal employees around the world as they share what ‘Believe in Zero’ means to them, their journeys of belief and the actions they and their teams are taking to help make zero a reality.
